Conditions For Cancellation-

 

    •  Cancellation is permitted within the first 24 hours of placing an order with a 5% deduction, which are payment gateway charges. Product changes can be requested within 48 hours.

    • Once production has commenced, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total order is applicable. If the cancellation occurs after shipping, the fee may go up to 50% due to the overhead of logistics. Rest assured, we’ll make the cancellation process as smooth as possible, taking into account the situation.

    • Cancellations are not permitted for customized orders.

    • Kindly inform us about any damaged or defective products within a maximum of 24 hours after delivery, providing proof such as images or videos. For additional information, please reach out to our customer care for assistance.

    • It is advised the return the products in their original packaging, complete with the original price tags, labels, and invoices. We recommend securely and adequately packaging the return packets to prevent any damage to the goods during transit.

    • Ray Living Concpets assumes no liability for damages resulting from mishandling or rough usage. Any self-inflicted damage or reported issues after the successful delivery and installation of the product will not be attributed to the company. In such instances, the customer bears 100% responsibility for self-inflicted damages to the product and will not be eligible for any replacement or refund from the company. Furthermore, damages discovered upon inspection, if determined to be a result of rigorous use or mishandling, will exceed the criteria for refund, replacement, or compensations.

 

    • Exceptions / non-returnable items -Certain items are non-returnable, including bespoke, made-to-order, and custom products (like special orders or personalized items). Returns are not accepted for reasons such as a change of mind or unauthorized installations. It’s important to verify the size of your doors and entryway to ensure the product can be delivered to your preferred installation location. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us.

    • Regrettably, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues-

We make sure our products meet high standards through strict quality control. If you receive a damaged product or notice a manufacturing issue like balancing, leveling, finish, paint, fabric, etc., during delivery, please inform the delivery person and contact Customer Support with photos of the problem. Our team will review the issue and respond within 1-2 business days. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will offer a solution. For manufacturing defects, a solution will be provided. Ray Living Concepts shall have the sole right to determine whether the product is defective or not.

Conditions for return-

Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days* after Ray Living Concpets receives the product, ensuring it is in an acceptable condition consistent with its dispatch from our warehouse. The refund method will correspond to the mode of payment used for the order, as outlined below:

 

    • Returns are not accepted for products purchased on sale or at a discount. Only regular-priced items qualify for returns, provided they are unused and remain in their original packaging.

    • While we offer replacements for products damaged in transit, refunds are not permitted for such cases.

Our products are covered by insurance during transit from our end. If any damage occurs, we kindly ask customers to share images and videos of the product/products via email or WhatsApp within 24-48 hours of delivery. This allows us to initiate the process with the insurers. Requests for replacement or return made after 48 hours may be rejected by Ray Living Concept’s team. If a return is accepted under such circumstances, the customer will be responsible for covering transportation charges for both the reverse pickup and replacement.

Ray Living Concepts reserves the right to decline return requests for any order.

In case Reverse Pick up of a product-

The reverse pickup request will be forwarded to our shipping partners within 24 hours upon receiving it from your end. Customers are responsible for packaging the items for the reverse pickup. Reverse pickup of any product from customers house might take 7-10 working days.
