International Shipping with “Ray living concepts” in 3 Easy Steps

To place an international order with us, follow these three straightforward steps:

  1. International Inquiry Email: Before confirming your order, reach out to us at furniture@raylivingconcepts.com. Shortly, we will provide you with a quote for your delivery.
  2. Place Your Order: Once you receive the shipping quote and are satisfied to proceed, you can conveniently place your order online or over the phone. We accept payment via debit/credit card, PayPal, cheque, or bank transfer.
  3. Collection, Shipping, and Delivery: Stay informed at every stage. We’ll notify you when your items leave our warehouse, along with relevant tracking information. If you’re collecting the goods or using a third party, we’ll inform you when they are ready for collection. While we generally arrange delivery to your door at your preferred time, please be aware that due to overseas health and safety regulations, delivery may be limited to the ‘kerbside.’ We recommend having assistance for maneuvering and assembling your items.

Quality Control of Goods: Before dispatch from India, our dedicated team ensures rigorous quality control for your items. All our shipments are fully insured against loss and damages. Note: If you arrange your own shipping, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage once items leave our warehouse. We strongly recommend securing insurance with the shipping agents for all delivered items.

Currently, we offer shipping to select European countries, the USA, and Canada. Our trusted logistics partners include DHL and FedEx. For shipments to these countries, our agents may require additional information such as Social Security Number, Passport Details, or Power of Attorney. If possible, please provide a list of selected SKUs so that we can calculate the CBM and assist you with a shipping quote.
